Important Tips for These Hip Resistance Band Exercises

  1. Don’t exercise if there’s severe hip pain.

  2. Breathe and move slowly when exercising and stretching.

  3. Listen to your body at all times.

  5. If you hear or feel some clicking in the hip joint, while doing single-leg circles, then make your movements smaller!
