Important Tips for These Hip Resistance Band Exercises
Don’t exercise if there’s severe hip pain.
Breathe and move slowly when exercising and stretching.
Listen to your body at all times.
Feel the hip muscles you are using and squeeze them!
If you hear or feel some clicking in the hip joint, while doing single-leg circles, then make your movements smaller!
Our hip joint is made for movement, so moving is the best medicine. This is one of the biggest mistakes when people get older is they aren’t moving enough.
Always seek professional advice from either your doctor or Physio, before starting any exercise programs.
